Innovating with Insulated Concrete Forms.
As leaders in ICF construction on the West Coast, we push the envelope of what's possible—literally.
ICF construction enhances the comfort, durability, health, energy efficiency, and fire resiliency of your homes.
What is ICF and why is it ideal for West Coast building?
ICF, or Insulated Concrete Forms, are construction components used to build durable, energy-efficient walls. These forms are made of hollow foam blocks that are stacked to outline the structure's walls. Once in place, they are reinforced with steel rebar and filled with concrete, resulting in a strong, insulated wall system that offers excellent energy performance.
Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are particularly ideal for the West Coast due to several regional factors, including energy efficiency for varying climates, fire resistance, sound insulation, and sustainability.
